1. LENGTH OF TERM
This agreement exclusively applies for one Regular Week during 2026. For any subsequent years in which
you may want to deposit your week into the Premier Loyalty Program, you must sign a new agreement, and
a copy of the new agreement with the related terms and conditions that will be available at
www.velasresorts.com/loyaltyprogram on September 15th of every year.
2. AUTHORIZATION
The Member authorizes Velas Vallarta Vacation Club to use the 2026. Regular Week. Velas Vallarta
Vacation Club has the exclusive right to use the mentioned week at its discretion upon members confirming
the acceptance of the deposited week. This agreement regulates the rights and commitments of both
parties involved. Members with multiple-week memberships must fill in one of these formats for each week
they wish to deposit into the program.
3. ACCEPTANCE
This document is acknowledged as a request to participate in the Vacation Club Premier Loyalty Program.
It must only bind responsibility for Velas Vallarta Vacation Club once the acceptance of the application has
been confirmed to the member. Within 2026, the Vacation Club Premier Loyalty Program warrants that 100
weeks will be accepted; the approval of a week to participate in the Vacation Club Premier Loyalty Program
will be based on the priorities outlined in point No. 4 of this document. Some criteria for accepting your
application in the program is not having delays with fees and/or maintenance payments before sending
your request. In the event of a financed membership should be current on all monthly payments before
submitting an application.
4. ACCEPTANCE PRIORITIES
The first 100 applications received by November 15, 2025, from Members who are up to date with their
payments and have always paid their maintenance fees and monthly payments on time (if they have
financing) may qualify for acceptance into the Velas Vallarta Vacation Club Premier Loyalty Program. If more
than 100 members apply, first-time users will have priority, then second-time users, members who use the
new referral program (Club Velas Rewards), and so on. If there are fewer than 100 applicants after this first
assignment, the residual weeks will be assigned to the first members who apply and are current with all
their above payments. If more applications than weeks are available, first-time users will have priority,
second-time users, and so on. The members must have paid at least 50% of the total value of the operation
to apply for a week for 2026 into the Vacation Club Premier Loyalty Program.
5. DUE DATE
Velas Vallarta Vacation Club will receive the member’s weeks requests into the Vacation Club Premier
Loyalty Program for 2026 starting on October 1st, 2025, and no later than November 15th, 2025. In case
Velas Vallarta Vacation Club does not accept any given week(s) application(s) for any of the reasons
mentioned in point No. 4 of this document, or if the requested weeks are more than the 100 weeks to be
accepted for 2026, or the request was received prior or past the due date, the Member will be notified before
January 31st, 2026, via e-mail to the email address submitted within the request. Suppose the members do
not receive the acceptance notification of their week into the Premier Loyalty Program before January 31st,
2026; in that case, the application was not accepted for 2026. In this case, Members may use their week
according to the Reservation Policies.
6. RESERVATION PROCEDURES
Once the members accomplish the terms described in Clause 4, they may fill in the request to deposit their week, which will be available online at the website designed for this purpose: www.velasresorts.com/loyaltyprogram by September 15th of each year. The member will receive an automatic email notification informing that the email and registration have been received.
7. EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS
To fulfill this agreement, the Member accepts that it is strictly forbidden to use a leasing agent or to commit
the use of their week into any exchange company unless the Vacation Club Premier Loyalty Program makes
a written cancellation or a week removal authorization.
8. REPRESENTATION
The Member accepts that Velas Vallarta Vacation Club will not be liable for those weeks that may not be
accepted into the Vacation Club Premier Loyalty Program.
9. BENEFITS
Upon the confirmation of acceptance of the submitted application, Velas Vallarta Vacation Club warrants to
lease the Member’s week for the equivalent value of the Maintenance Fee (not including the Added Value
Tax and the Lodging Tax) plus a percentage according to the following:
• For Studio units during Super Prime and Holiday Season - 15%
• For One Bedroom units during Prime Season - 15%
• For One Bedroom units during Super Prime and Holiday Season - 30%
• For Two Bedrooms and Three Bedrooms during Prime Season - 30%
• For Two Bedrooms and Three Bedrooms during Super Prime and Holiday Season - 30%
Velas Vallarta Vacation Club may change these percentages in the future. They will subtract a fee of $80 USD
per leased week deposited and accepted into the Vacation Club Premier Loyalty Program to compensate for
the management and administrative expenses.
10. BENEFIT PAYMENTS
The lease of the Member’s week will be paid on November 1st, 2026. This payment will be applied to any
current or future expenses, such as Maintenance Fees, food and beverages, Spa, or merchandise purchases
at Velas Vallarta. This will be the only form of payment. If applicable, the Member will be responsible for any
tax liabilities that may incur on their leased profits. The Member will be responsible for any tax liabilities that
may incur on their leased profits if applicable. The Member may consult a tax expert to ensure the
fulfillment of their county’s tax laws. Velas Vallarta Vacation Club will provide the format 1099 if applicable
for American citizens.
11. LOSS OF LEASING RIGHTS
The Member accepts that they may lose the Vacation Club Premier Loyalty Program rights in case of any late
payment to Velas Vallarta Vacation Club. All the weeks submitted into the program will be withdrawn from
eligibility to this program.
12. COMPENSATION
The Member commits to keep Velas Vallarta Vacation Club’s good name and reputation by:
• Abstaining from any defamation or slander by any means of advertising or legal media;
• Paying compensation;
• Defending and refraining from damaging Velas Vallarta Vacation Club, its representatives, employees,
and agents;
• Refraining against any loss, claim, demand, or type of damage (including legal expenses and fees) which
may arise from this agreement or any fault of the clauses herein stated committed by the Member

14. PROOF OF MEMBERSHIP
The Member warrants that they hold the right to use the vacation week stated below and that it is duly
authorized to request the deposited week into the Vacation Club Premier Loyalty Program and to execute the
right and commitment according to this herein agreement.
I confirm that the week described in this agreement is in effect in the Vacation Club Premier Loyalty Program,
with the understanding that the filling of this request in itself is not considered an acceptance by Velas Vallarta
Vacation Club to be included in the Vacation Club Premier Loyalty Program.
I acknowledge that Velas Vallarta Vacation Club will notify me —only at my registered email address—
of the acceptance of my week to be deposited into the Vacation Club Premier Loyalty Program by January 1st,
2026. The lack of notice will be understood as NOT ACCEPTED into the Vacation Club Premier
Loyalty Program.
I acknowledge that the regular week corresponding to the use term for 2026 described within this agreement
may be accepted exclusively into the Vacation Club Premier Loyalty Program. I also state that this week is not
part of my Platinum or Bonus Weeks, and I have not deposited this week into any exchange company.
